reception and security

VIPASIMA has a reception service during the hours the building is open to the public. This service, provided by security company assistants, controls accesses, informs about the situation of the different companies, manages mail and parcels, keeps the keys with a register, facilitates access to cleaning companies and industrialists who provide complementary services.

At the end of this service, which has an extended schedule, the building is connected via alarms and security cameras to the control center. It can be accessed 24 hours a day with a personalized alarm unlocking card.

Parking

Private
The building also has a parking floor with parking spaces assigned to each office and premises that are rented together with the different units with a capacity for 186 vehicles.

Public
The parking lot in basement 1 of the VIPASIMA building is for public use. It works as another parking lot in the city. Monthly passes can be contracted with great flexibility with parking spaces in rotation.
Prepaid tickets can also be purchased so that your customers or suppliers do not have to pay for parking. This service is an important added value of the building.

Meeting rooms

Meeting room of 45 m² for meetings of up to 20 people. Internet connection available. For rent by the hour. Check with us for availability.

Training rooms for up to 80 people

150 m² room for training courses for up to 80 people with blackboard and projector. It has internet connection. Check with us for availability.

Storage rooms

With access from Basement 1, 18 storage rooms of 10 to 20 m² have been built. Easily accessible from the building, they provide extra storage space for archives or miscellaneous materials.

Access to goods

For the access of bulky objects such as furniture and other goods, the VIPASIMA building is equipped with an elevating platform that accesses directly from the outside at street level to each of the floors.

Petit Market

Inside the VIPASIMA building, the Petit Market is presented as a fast and efficient solution to satisfy all daily needs. A wide range of products is offered, from fresh and prepared foods to last minute items, adapting to different tastes and requirements.

In addition, Petit Market has hygiene, personal care and stationery products. Everything you need for home and office, always available within walking distance.

Designed to offer a fast and hassle-free shopping experience, the Petit Market at VIPASIMA is open Monday through Monday, 24 hours a day.

bar & restaurant vip asima

Located inside the VIP ASIMA building, the VIP ASIMA Bar & Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy an energizing breakfast or a varied lunch in a comfortable and modern environment. With a schedule designed for those who work or visit the building, it is open from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

In addition, the ASIMA VIP Bar offers the convenience of in-building food delivery, adapting to your needs without you having to travel. Whether you prefer a quick coffee or a more complete lunch, the menu caters to different tastes and preferences, offering fresh and tasty options.
